What happens if I’m not home when my package arrives?
If you’re not home, the delivery carrier may leave a notice with instructions for rescheduling the delivery or opting for contactless delivery, where the package will be left at your doorstep.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for most items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Please refer to our return policy for detailed information.
How do I return an item?
- Contact Us: Email or Whatsapp us to request a return.
- Prepare Your Return:Â Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include your order number and a copy of the receipt.
- Ship Your Return:Â Send the package to 203 Henderson Industrial Park Wing A, #04-03, Singapore 159546. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Certain items are marked as final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please check the product details for more information. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
