Return Policy

Return Eligibility
We accept returns for most items within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

How to Return

  1. Contact Us: Email or Whatsapp us to request a return.
  2. Prepare Your Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include your order number and a copy of the receipt.
  3. Ship Your Return: Send the package to 203 Henderson Industrial Park Wing A, #04-03, Singapore 159546. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
